Business Analyst (GTMMarketing)

The Role:

As a Business Analyst (GTM/Marketing) you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting sales and marketing data to generate valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced high-growth environment. You will work closely with our marketing & GTM team as well as other cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of GTM strategies.

What Youll Do:

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for growth.
• Design build and maintain centralized dashboards and reports covering key marketing metrics: funnel velocity conversion rates and campaign ROI.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover optimization opportunities in audience targeting channel performance and A/B test results.
• Collaborate to develop simple attribution models and assist in forecasting (marketing-generated) pipeline based on historical trends and budget scenarios
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy and integrity within CRM and other sales analytics tools.
• Work with internal data teams to enhance data accessibility and usability for sales operations.
• Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to uncover insights that support strategic sales decisions.
• Assist in evaluating and optimizing sales processes through data-driven analysis.

What Were Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics sales operations business intelligence or a related analytical role.
• A degree in Business Data Science Economics Statistics MIS or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights
• Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying data extraction and manipulation from and in data warehouse.
• Advanced skills in building reports scorecards and compelling dashboards using Preset or similar BI tool
• Deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnel including key metrics like CPL CAC Attribution and Velocity. Preferably in SaaS business
• Ability to apply basic statistical methods to campaign testing and forecasting.
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as (experience is a plus).
• A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.
