Job Summary

About the Role 

The General AI Enablement Lead will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy across multiple product lines. This role focuses on building scalable AI-driven content and training programs that support internal teams partners and customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker hands-on builder and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. 

 

  • Own and manage the master content register for enablement across the organization. 

  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Product Teams and Academy leads to curate and deliver high-quality enablement content. 

  • Develop and maintain a curriculum of enablement materials in various formats (e.g. video written guides interactive modules). 

  • Drive enablement for partners and customers ensuring content is tailored and accessible. 

  • Prioritize automation and AI-driven solutions for content delivery and training. 

  • Identify opportunities to leverage offshore resources before allocating internal bandwidth. 

  • Track enablement goals and outcomes including engagement metrics and content consumption. 

  • Work in lockstep with the AI Sales Enablement Lead to ensure alignment and shared ownership of enablement strategy. 


Qualifications :

  • About You 

     

  • Curious proactive and hands-on with a builder mindset. 

  • Experienced in creating enablement programs from scratch. 

  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and ambiguous structures. 

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and enablement best practices. 

  • Able to work independently and drive initiatives without waiting for formal structures
