Job Summary

As an Entry Level order management agent you will have direct oversight of order management customers to help drive visibility and efficiency in their supply chains.

Qualifications :

Key Deliverables

Review Standard Operation Procedure for 100% compliance for all assigned customers.
Perform accurate and timely data entry into operating system.
Track and trace shipments.
Review operational dashboard daily to manage shipments.
Manage shipping instruction and other relevant documents with shippers and shipping lines.
Complete accurate and timely billings for customers.
Submit payment request to accounting for service provider invoices.
Collect and distribute commercial documents timely as per customers expectations.
Meet compliance & regulations all the times. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards and external government regulations or customer policies requirements.
Communicate politely and firmly with all customers with provision of exceptional customer service.
Respond email to both external & internal customer timely
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Delivered Skill-Sets and Characteristics

Bachelor degree going to graduate or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially EXCEL.
Oral and written proficiency in the English language.
Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
Sense of urgency for goal achievement
Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Strong problem solving organizational and interpersonal skills
Timeliness and accountability for results
