Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across service equipment and modernisation offerings

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

  • Manage forecasts reporting and CRM-based sales activities

  • Serve as the primary contact for project-based sales execution

 

About You

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Thrive in collaborative environments and take initiative

  • Possess excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Value safety compliance and quality in every customer interaction

 


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years experience in service-related sales (industrial or technical field preferred)
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project-based account management

  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and closing skills

  • Valid drivers licence (essential for client site visits)

  • Desirable: Knowledge of overhead cranes hoists or relevant Australian Standards
