About the project:
You will be providing services for Danish-speaking clients for a well-known client you will handle customer inquiries related to product features technical issues and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce software hardware and wireless connectivity issues.
Your tasks:
- Responding to customer requests via phone email chat social media and messaging channels.
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
- Escalating issues to higher support tiers as needed.
- Collaborateing with technicians to resolve help tickets.
- Managing an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.
What you need:
- Fluency in Danish (must be at least C2)
- Fluent in English (at least B2)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
What you will gain:
- What you will gain:
- Standard salary of:* 1500 (gross*) x 14
- Performance bonus (gross): 120 x 11
- Meal allowance: 723 per workday (paid in meal card)
- Health insurance: Since day 1 upon monthly payment - Free after 6 months of contract
For relocating candidates:
- Reimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of Contract up to 400 in Economy class
- Apartment Room with rent of 280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip).
Note: EU citizenship or full working rights in Portugal are required!!
