About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative youll provide outstanding service to Danish-speaking customers supporting them with inquiries technical questions and the premium experience they expect from a top-level European brand.

What Youll Do:

Respond to incoming calls emails and chats from Danish-speaking customers
Deliver first-class guidance answers and solutions in a friendly professional manner
Troubleshoot minor technical concerns and escalate complex cases
Actively listen to understand every customers needs ensuring satisfaction
Work in a collaborative international environment sharing best practices and learning every day

Who You Are:

Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B1)
Strong communicator with a customer-first attitude
Problem-solver detail-oriented and a team player
Comfortable working onsite in Lisbon
Holds a valid EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse or relevant visa (under consultation)
