Billing Administrator We are a recruitment company based in Dublin 2 seeking to hire a Billing Administrator to join our busy Finance department.The successful candidate will be enthusiastic excellent communicator and have a strong attention to detail.Key responsibilities- Preparation and processing of invoices and associated documentation.
- Allocation of monies against client accounts.
- Chasing outstanding debt in a timely manner.
- Dealing with debtor queries.
- Maintain contact with customers by phone and email.
- Provide assistance to finance department as required.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a finance department minimum of 1 year.
- Must have a good understanding of excel and good computer skills.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Strong attention to details strong organisational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A keen interest in wanting to learn about the AR side of the business.
- Good work ethic.
Benefits:- 28000 to 32000 per annum DOE.
