This position sits at the heart of our Private Hospital Division and acts as a vital bridge between clinical operations and our Digital & Technology teams.

What youll be doing:

Leading the product strategy and roadmap for key clinical platforms including EMR PAS and specialist systems.
Representing private hospital users in shaping digital capabilities and ensuring alignment with SVHAs Strategy 2030.
Engaging directly with hospital executives and clinical leaders to prioritise improvements and drive digital transformation.
Translating operational and clinical needs into deliverable product features and enhancements.
Partnering with delivery teams in an agile environment to ensure the successful release of high-impact features.

About you:

You bring deep experience in healthcare product management or clinical systems leadership.
You understand private hospital operations and the nuances of digital clinical environments.
Youre skilled in stakeholder engagement and confident navigating executive-level conversations.
Youre a strategic thinker who can balance clinical operational and technical considerations.
