Job Description & Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for handling Risk Management (RM) queries in our Ahmedabad and Chennai locations. This role involves supporting the PwC Academy by assisting in the review of first-cut contracts and forms and offering a wide range of Risk Management services.Top of Form

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SPOC for RM queries in Ahmedabad and Chennai addressing issues promptly in the absence of a locational RM member.
  • Assist in the review and analysis of first-cut contracts related to PwC Academy to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Conduct reviews of forms in Salesforce (SF) & UniRIsq specifically focusing on older cases.
  • Perform post facto reviews of forms ensuring that all submissions meet the necessary quality and compliance standards.
  • Manage allocation of forms in Salesforce and conduct post facto reviews when other RM consultants are unavailable.
  • Support various TRS Risk Management initiatives including email refreshers and special projects to improve overall RM processes.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Salesforce platform and other internal requirements to ensure functional accuracy.
  • Oversee cleanup of outdated forms in the CI Tool including sending reminders and follow-up emails to the business team for necessary actions.
  • Assist in preparing questionnaires for quizzes aimed at enhancing the knowledge of the business team.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Strong understanding of Risk Management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other RM-related tools.
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred skill sets:

  • Familiarity with PwC Academy and its contractual processes.
  • Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience in preparing training materials or quizzes.
  • Background in coordinating with cross-functional business teams.

Years of experience required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Risk Management contract review or a related field.

Education qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration LLB Finance Risk Management or a related discipline.
