Job Summary

Lead end-to-end management of construction projects including planning execution monitoring and closure
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules budgets and resource plans
Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to safety standards quality benchmarks and environmental regulations
Facilitate regular reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status milestones and financials
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approval processes

Requirements

Experience: 10 Years
Qualification: PG / PMP / Construction Management

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management
Advanced degree (PG) or equivalent professional certification (e.g. PMP CCM) in Construction Management or related field
Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from concept to completion
Strong knowledge of industry regulations safety standards and quality control processes
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project Primavera Procore)

Required Skills:

Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters degree Experience: Freshers Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field Freshers with strong academic performance and a proactive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving priorities
