Job Summary
- Lead the conceptualization design and development of complex mechanical systems and components.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Conduct design reviews feasibility studies and stress analysis to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing procurement and quality assurance to ensure design manufacturability and reliability.
- Support prototyping testing and validation processes to refine designs based on real-world performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes specifications and technical reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
