We are currently seeking a skilled creative and experienced Hair Stylist to join our Bob & Cloche part of our small and mighty salon team youll bring flair precision and a genuine passion for your craft delivering an exceptional standard of service to our guests.

The on target earning potential for this role is 35481 / per annum - comprising a base salary of 30481 plus a qualified estimate of 5000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards.

• Youll blend technical expertise with creative flair to deliver outstanding styling and colouring experiences for every guest
• With a sharp eye for detail youll not only interpret what our clients ask for but also offer thoughtful suggestions tailored to their face shape hair type and lifestyle helping them look and feel their very best
• Youll understand that sitting in the salon chair can feel daunting and with your warm natural communication style youll put clients instantly at ease. By building trust through genuine conversation expert guidance and an unwavering commitment to excellence youll turn every appointment into a memorable confidence-boosting experience.
• Curious and forward-looking youll keep on top of the latest styles and industry trends adapting and sharing these with our guests while being open to developing your own skills through new qualifications and specialist treatments
• Alongside your personal growth youll play an active role in supporting colleagueswhether thats maintaining immaculate salon standards sharing knowledge or contributing to a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the Beauty Lodge
• Youll also take pride in representing the wider Gleneagles estate promoting our facilities events and experiences ensuring our guests leave with memories that go beyond the salon
• Contributing ideas in team meetings upselling products and treatments with confidence and always delivering service with warmth and polish youll play an important part in creating the luxury experience our guests expect
• Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person were looking for:

• Youll bring an NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) and at least two years experience in a similar role confident across a wide variety of styles colours and hair types
• Additional training in advanced colouring or specialist treatments would be a real advantage
• You have a particular strength in advanced blow-drying techniques for all hair types and finishes one of our most sought-after services in the salon
• With a genuine passion for hairstyling and its artistry youre eager to keep learning open to further certifications and committed to your ongoing professional development to enhance our guest experience
• Alongside your technical expertise youre outgoing confident and people-focused with a natural ability to connect with clients and deliver the exceptional standard of service Gleneagles is known for
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; youre well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
