Job Summary
Position Title: Business Solutions Analyst

Role Summary
Were seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to support the successful delivery of tailored implementations for a proprietary platform built on Salesforce architecture. This role involves capturing user needs shaping technical solutions and overseeing implementation in accordance with established methodologies. Familiarity with Salesforces core features and configuration tools is essential. While formal certification (e.g. Salesforce Admin or Architect) is a plus its not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Engage with clients to gather business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements and deliverables.
Contribute to system design and lead functional configurations aligning with internal standards and Salesforce best practices.
Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to define system specifications based on user feedback.
Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables as needed.
Set up and maintain Salesforce security elements (such as roles permissions and sharing settings) based on unique client setups.
Conduct testing and troubleshoot both custom configurations and integrated third-party tools.
Document system processes operational procedures and support resources for stakeholders.
Facilitate user training and client onboarding and transition projects to ongoing support teams.
Spot opportunities to enhance customer value through additional services or tools and communicate these to account teams.
Monitor system health and ensure long-term usability and stability of Salesforce-based solutions.
Maintain discretion with sensitive business data and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Required Background & Skills
Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems Computer Science or Business is preferred.
A minimum of two years of experience in business analysis Salesforce system management or a related field.
Practical knowledge of Salesforce administration: automation reporting data management and access control.
Familiarity with Agile or SCRUM methodologies for iterative project delivery.
Strong communication and analytical abilities with a client-centric approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or assignments in a dynamic setting.
Adept at preparing clear and comprehensive documentation.
Desirable Experience
Salesforce credentials (Administrator Advanced Admin etc.).
Previous involvement in configuring or deploying SaaS platforms.
Industry exposure to sectors such as energy utilities or customer engagement technologies.
Compensation: $70000 - $90000/year salary
