Job Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Program Delivery Specialist to coordinate and oversee the successful execution of logistics programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customs processes international trade compliance and end-to-end logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery and implementation of logistics programs ensuring timelines quality standards and client requirements are met.
Oversee customs documentation declarations and compliance with import/export regulations.
Liaise with internal teams freight forwarders and customs authorities to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Track monitor and report on program milestones performance and delivery outcomes.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
Support issue resolution related to customs clearance shipment delays and delivery discrepancies.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 5 years experience in logistics supply chain or freight forwarding with a strong background in customs clearance.
Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple programs or projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of import/export documentation tariffs and trade regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems (e.g. CargoWise SAP or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
