Fleet cards - control of fleet cards monthly reconciliation and capturing
Motor vehicle administration handle license renewals and fuel documentation
Company cell phones manage all cell phone contracts perform monthly reconciliation and usage analysis
Control of company credit cards
Insurance - ensure all new items are added to the policy
Cashbook processing and monthly bank reconciliation
Capturing non-stock related supplier invoices
Send out customer statements and weekly follow up on overdue AR
Monthly creditors reconciliation
Completion of vendor applications review credit vetting and ensure that new contracts are opened in line with financial procedures
Assist with Stock take June and December
Offering support to other departments
Concur reviewing and approving claims issuing cash advances once approved by respective managers
Assist with foreign payments to group
Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Support Finance Lead and daily operations (adhoc)
