Previous experience in a call centre claims handling insurance or customer service environment is highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a structured fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy.
Problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
