Job Summary

Apply a structured change management methodology and lead change management activities across projects and programmes.
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Support the design development and delivery of communication strategies to effectively engage impacted stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between business technology and people change requirements.
Provide input training strategies and assist with the design and implementation of training and support materials.
Monitor and evaluate change adoption and develop corrective actions where required.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies related to change impact and resistance.
Drive continuous improvement in change management practices and tools.
Report on progress key milestones and the effectiveness of change initiatives to senior

Requirements

NQF Level 6 qualification or a bachelors degree in information communication technology (ICT) or related field (e.g. Information Systems Business Transformation).
Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci APMG or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years experience in a Change Management role.
Proven experience working within large enterprise organizations (1000 users).
Minimum 3 years experience in developing managing and implementing organizational change programmes.
