Job Summary

  • Apply a structured change management methodology and lead change management activities across projects and programmes.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
  • Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support the design development and delivery of communication strategies to effectively engage impacted stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between business technology and people change requirements.
  • Provide input training strategies and assist with the design and implementation of training and support materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate change adoption and develop corrective actions where required.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies related to change impact and resistance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in change management practices and tools.
  • Report on progress key milestones and the effectiveness of change initiatives to senior


Requirements

  • NQF Level 6 qualification or a bachelors degree in information communication technology (ICT) or related field (e.g. Information Systems Business Transformation).
  • Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci APMG or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Change Management role.
  • Proven experience working within large enterprise organizations (1000 users).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in developing managing and implementing organizational change programmes.
