The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the Restaurant ensuring that all aspects of service staff management and customer satisfaction are executed to the highest standard. This role involves financial oversight inventory control staff training health and safety compliance and overall business development. Requirements
Minimum 35 years experience in a supervisory or managerial restaurant role.
Proven success in staff supervision and financial management.
Experience with inventory control and cash handling.
Strong understanding of health safety and hygiene compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
