Job Summary

Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Primary Purpose of the Job:
To manage the receiving inspection and storage of local and imported materials in the warehouse ensuring accurate recording in SAP and compliance with company procedures and standards.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

  • Receive and inspect local and imported materials.

  • Ensure proper stacking labelling and organization of warehouse items.

  • Accurately capture and maintain stock information in SAP.

  • Monitor and report Lot & FIFO controls.

  • Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company SHE procedures and work instructions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing related to warehouse activities.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Understanding of logistics and warehouse functions in an automotive environment.

  • Knowledge of production items in automotive operations.

  • Experience in receiving goods and inventory control.

  • Proficiency in SAP for stock and goods receiving.

  • Basic computer skills (Windows & MS Office).

  • Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Numerical and document management skills.



Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • NQF Level Grade 12 / Level 4.

  • Minimum 5 years logistics and warehouse experience in an automotive environment.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in receiving goods and inventory management.
