Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Java/AWS Developer Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts designing and implementing robust applications using Java and AWS technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your leadership will guide junior developers ensuring best practices in coding testing and deployment. You will also play a key role in architecture discussions and technology decisions driving innovation and efficiency in our development processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Required Skills:
• Exp should be between 5 to 8 years
• Good exposure in Java 11/17
• Good exposure in cloud technology. AWS is preferred
• Exposure in Docker Kubernetes Jenkin or any other CI/CD tool
• Good communication

To succeed in this role – you should have the following: - Proven experience in Java development and a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas engage with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
