Description- Provide comprehensive administrative support and address inquiries related to payroll incentive payments pensions and accrual matters for distribution channels ensuring accuracy effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assist in product-related coordination including gathering user requirements and conducting testing for new product launches and product revamp initiatives.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of the Distribution Management System (DMS) project.
- Assist in distribution compensation processes including commission and override calculations as well as coordinating with banks for payment disbursement.
- Support the review and revision of channel distribution compensation structures and drive payroll workflow optimization.
- Manage agent benefits compensation adjustments and other related matters with precision and professionalism.
- Prepare detailed compensation-related and financial management reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll and incentive payments for the Companys distribution channels including Agency Broker and other applicable entities.
- Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reports.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to support compensation and incentive accrual processes.
- Administer and calculate Agency Pension contributions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Respond to inquiries from distribution channels promptly and professionally ensuring high levels of service and support.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of professional experience preferably in agency compensation or finance.
- In-depth knowledge of agency compensation calculations and industry workflows.
- Proficiency in database management and spreadsheet operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional numerical and analytical skills.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
