What does a Senior Account Manager do at Hogarth
The Senior Account Manager plays a vital role in the successful running of client accounts by providing strong leadership in campaign delivery and client servicing. They will be a master of project management and stakeholder communication ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met and expectations with clients and internal teams are effectively managed. They will act as a trusted representative of account management in all aspects from day-to-day execution through to strategic planning. The Senior Account Manager will deliver projects with precision and professionalism while fostering long-term client relationships and developing best practices across their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key clients building strong long-term partnerships. Understand client goals and proactively provide strategic guidance to deliver value and growth opportunities.
Project & Account Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of client projects ensuring seamless delivery that meets both client expectations and company standards. Drive efficiency and consistency across all accounts.
Team Collaboration & Development: Work closely with producers creatives and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. Foster a culture of collaboration support and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Business & Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets forecasts and profitability of accounts. Support new business development including proposals scoping and pitching.
Strategic Growth & Innovation: Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to shaping client strategies. Champion best practices and innovative approaches to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements
5 years of experience in account management within advertising creative production or marketing.
Proven track record of managing complex multi-market campaigns from briefing to delivery.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
Experience collaborating with creative production and strategic teams in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Previous experience working in a global agency or with multinational clients is highly desirable.
