What Youll Do:

The Compute Abstractions team has a goal to provide the right compute abstraction to meet the needs of customers while reinforcing the fundamental value propositions of CoreWeave. We design and build systems and platforms that allow customers to be pioneers in AI.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager for Kubernetes & Compute Abstractions to lead the strategic direction and execution of our current and future compute abstraction offerings including the CoreWeave Kubernetes Abstractions our Bare Metal offering and a forward-looking strategy for additional compute abstractions.
This is a pivotal role that will focus on building a cohesive product strategy that aligns with our broader goals forward-looking roadmaps execution and delivery of innovative product offerings to enable our customers to create the next generation of AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Lead for Kubernetes & Compute Abstractions: Lead the product vision strategy and execution for CoreWeave Kubernetes Service (CKS) as well as the broader portfolio of current and future compute abstractions within CoreWeave including Bare Metal.
Product & Program Development: Design and launch new compute products and features to best fit the needs of an increasingly diverse set of customers and workloads.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering sales finance and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals effective product launches and seamless go-to-market execution.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify current state emerging trends and opportunities for differentiation.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with industry partners marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies including positioning messaging and competitive differentiation.
Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics and establish robust reporting to monitor the performance of compute abstractions identify areas for improvement and inform future decisions.

Who You Are:

Deep understanding of cloud compute technologies (VMs Bare Metal Serverless)
A strong working knowledge of Kubernetes
A data-driven and analytical approach to solving problems
Experience in defining products from concept to product definition and execution of a roadmap to achieve impact in the market

Preferred:

Experience in developing and launching 0-1 products
A strong working knowledge of GPUs and the AI market

The base salary range for this role is $188000 to $275000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
