Were seeking a hands-on detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations. This role focuses on onboarding offboarding benefits enrollment HR data updates and employee support. Youll be the first point of contact for HR inquiries and play a key part in ensuring accurate timely employee information and a smooth experience for every new hire.
What Youll Do
Process new hire onboarding I-9s E-Verify and background checks.
Coordinate offboarding and employee status changes in HRIS.
Support new hire benefits enrollments and assist with employee questions.
Maintain HR records data accuracy and compliance documentation.
Manage the HR inbox and provide timely employee support.
Partner with Payroll IT and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless processes.
What You Bring
24 years in HR coordination or HR assistant roles.
Experience with onboarding benefits and HR systems (iSolved ADP Paylocity etc.).
Strong attention to detail organization and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
Work Location
Eden Prairie MN: Hybrid schedule with on-site days required.
Remote eligible in: IL IN IA KS MI MN MO ND OH WI NJ PA MD TX VA or FL.
