THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aScrum Master / Project Manager for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Animate daily meetings and report on progress blocking point delays on planning;
- Help ensuring end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT projects objectives in line with the commitments made to the Sponsors;
- Helpthe team to work autonomously while improving;
- Participates in resolving issues and getting around organization and process obstacles;
- Help organizing and facilitate project events and processes (such as PI planning on a quartely base);
- Help with the organization and project planning according to the priorities.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Proven professional experience in similar roles;
- Experience as a project manager and agile methodologies;
- Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira;
- IT profile background: ETL knowledge database knowledge;
- Fluency in bothEnglish and Portuguese (written & spoken) proficiency in French is a plus..
