Job Summary
As a Swedish-speaking Logistics specialist you will be responsible for managing planning and controlling taxi flow to deliver car on time to our passengers across Sweden. You will also be responsible for answering calls from our taxi drivers and provide them with the necessary support to resolve any issues they may have including technical or operational issues to ensure that they can complete their tasks efficiently.
To succeed in this role it is expected that you have previous experience in logistics and customer support. The ideal candidate has relevant experience that they can bring to this position and apply to new situations we are looking for someone who is a quick learner and can grasp new concepts and skills easily.

Your responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge of various booking & dispatch systems and respective work routines guidelines.
- Monitor taxi flow and make necessary adjustments
- Handle incoming calls from our taxi drivers and our contract partners
- Handle outgoing calls to drivers
- Monitor and track driver performance
- Collaborate with Booking agents Driver support agents and other Logistics specialist
Requirements and skills
- Fluent Swedish both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work various day and nightshifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong computer skills
- Precision attention to details
- Good problem-solving skills and can adapt to new situations with ease
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the logistics field is plus
