About the Role
We are hiring Hebrew-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialists to join an international team in Riga supporting one of the worlds leading digital platforms.
In this role you will help ensure a safe and trusted online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in accordance with platform policies and community standards. This position is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail emotional resilience and an interest in digital policy online safety and platform integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review analyze and moderate online content in Hebrew
- Apply platform policies related to safety abuse misinformation and compliance
- Make accurate policy-driven decisions within defined SLAs
- Identify trends and potential risks impacting user safety
- Maintain high quality accuracy and productivity standards
- Collaborate with global Trust & Safety teams
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases when required
Requirements
- Fluent Hebrew (C1/C2) written and spoken
- Good English level (B2) for internal communication and training
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
- Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content
- Availability to work rotational shifts (including weekends if required)
- EU citizenship or valid right to work in Latvia (or willingness to relocate)
Previous experience in content moderation trust & safety customer support or compliance is a plus but not mandatory.
