Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm GMT/BST (UK)

Scope:

  • Flexible morning schedule with consistent daily structure
  • Integration with UK-based management team
  • Focus on administrative support and compliance management
  • Participation in daily team coordination meetings


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
  • Provide general administrative reports
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Maintain and track compliance documents
  • Attend daily morning meetings at 9 AM UK time with management team
  • Support general administrative functions as needed


Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with data entry and document management
  • Proficiency in creating and managing meeting minutes
  • Attention to detail for compliance document tracking
  • Basic understanding of business administrative processes
