Job Summary

Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026

Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati)

Responsibilities:

Management and supervisory professionals focusing on tactical operational activities within a specified area.
Lead mentor and develop a high - performing national leasing team with a strong focus on capability building succession planning and engagement.
Recognising & rewarding high performance.
Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to ensure accountability efficiency
and excellence in execution.
Support the network plan understand and support the business objectives have a good
understanding of the market conditions competitor activity and government regulations.

Requirements:

Completed university or college degree preferably in Commerce Business or Property Major
Has at least 15 years of experience in the role in property/leasing
Strong background in retail industry for at least 10 years
Amenable to travel within the Greater Manila Area
Experience in:
Business Development
Overseeing construction and design of upcoming stores
Thorough lease negotiation experience
