Job Description:

This role focuses on multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn email and light calling) to connect with potential clients in the U.S. and Canada and schedule qualified appointments for software development services. Were looking for someone with strong communication skills proven B2B experience and confidence handling conversations directly in U.S. time zones.


Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients (CTOs VP Engineering Product Heads Founders) across SaaS fintech and healthcare tech sectors.
  • Build and maintain a qualified list of prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo Crunchbase or similar.
  • Understand client profiles business needs and pain points before outreach.


Outreach & Appointment Setting
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn email and light calling.
  • Send personalized connection requests and tailored messages to generate interest.
  • Schedule 2530 qualified meetings per month with decision-makers.
  • Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication until meetings are booked.
  • Maintain an active professional LinkedIn presence representing the companys services.
Consultative Sales Support
  • Engage prospects in short discovery calls to understand their software or IT needs.
  • Present and position solutions such as custom software development ERP systems AI integrations and staff augmentation.
  • Coordinate with internal technical leaders for detailed proposals and follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate pre-call summaries and background notes for smooth hand offs.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the business development leadership team to ensure target alignment.
  • Understand technical service capabilities to confidently present offerings.
  • Update CRM and tracking sheets daily with outreach activity and results.
  • Submit end-of-day and weekly performance reports.


Performance Targets
  • 600800 new LinkedIn connections per week
  • 100150 personalized messages per week
  • 50100 emails per day with structured follow-ups
  • 2530 qualified meetings per month (68 per week)
  • Minimum 812% combined reply rate across all channels
  • 100% accurate CRM and reporting


Requirements

  • 24 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation appointment setting or sales for software SaaS or IT services.
  • Experience working with U.S. or Canadian business clients and understanding the North American market.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication research and consultative selling skills.
  • Organized goal-driven and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools to ApolloHubSpot and Gmail-based tools


Preferred Profile
  • Previous experience scheduling meetings for software development or staff augmentation companies.
  • Active LinkedIn profile that can be branded under the client company.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining personalization.
  • Long-term commitment mindset (12 year engagement preferred).
