The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inventory management supply chain coordination vendor management and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day F&B operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Handle inventory control stock planning and material procurement to minimize wastage and shortages.
- Develop and implement operational policies SOPs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production sales and procurement teams to align business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and regulatory standards.
- Monitor budgets control costs and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or MBA in Operations Supply Chain or related field (preferred).
1015 years of experience in F&B operations inventory management or supply chain.

Excellent organizational leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel ERP or inventory management software.
Strong communication and team management skills.
