An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate NOC (Network Operations Centre) Representative based in Sydney Melbourne or Brisbane
About the Role:
Take on a key role in our Network Operations Centre at Opticomm where youll manage and execute Level 1 NOC tasks to ensure optimal network performance and meet customer SLA requirements.
In this role youll be responsible for maintaining efficient network operations with maximum uptime managing incidents to minimise end-user impact within SLA guidelines and escalating issues promptly to the appropriate support teams. Youll also build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational to regulatory and compliance frameworks is essential and you must be available to work within a 24/7 NOC operations team.
