About the Position:
Epic Staffing Group is looking for a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the execution of social media strategies across multiple brands focusing on content creation community engagement and social media management. The role will be responsible for maintaining content calendars crafting engaging posts monitoring performance and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency. This position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup with some days required on-site.

What Youll Do:
Create and maintain content calendars for multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and TikTok ensuring each is tailored to its respective audience and channel strategy
Drive brand awareness and audience growth by developing engaging on-brand captions that align with business value propositions differentiators and target audience interests.
Conduct research on current social media trends emerging platforms and competitive activity leveraging insights to refine content planning and share best practices with stakeholders.
Identify trending hashtags and strategically incorporate them into content to maximize reach and enhance engagement.
Schedule posts using social media management tools ensuring content is published at optimal times to reach target audiences.
What Youll Bring:
Two years of experience managing social media content calendars across multiple channels.
Proficient in platform-specific social media knowledge including tailoring content posting frequency and effective hashtag utilization.
Experience or demonstrated understanding of the healthcare life sciences or education sectors preferred.
Proficiency in speaking reading writing and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
