About the role:

• Advise on all aspects of fund formation capital raisings and investment transactions.
• Act for fund managers institutional investors and sponsors on M&A and investments.
• Provide regulatory advice on operating investment management businesses.
• Engage in business development and client relationship initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

• 27 years PQE in funds investments or financial services law.
• Strong background in transactional and regulatory work for fund managers.
• Top-tier or leading international firm experience highly regarded.
• Excellent drafting analytical and communication skills.
