Position Overview
Drive revenue growth through strategic client relationship management identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts while fostering long-term partnerships. This role combines consultative client service with business development to maximize client lifetime value and portfolio growth & support the business on key interventions with projects requiring value adds & property experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio of key clients
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews and needs assessments
• Maintain deep understanding of clients business objectives challenges and growth plans/ambitions
• Ensure exceptional client experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints
• Act as internal client advocate and coordinate cross-functional support

Business Development & Special Projects

• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
• Support business development and execute account growth strategies and penetration plans
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals and network expansion
• Support team members in delivery goals & share best practices to deliver an advisory led management outputs at key accounts
• Achieve annual revenue growth targets for assigned portfolio (where applicable)
• Support team on specific assignments & key clients meetings

Strategic Planning & Analysis for Property Management business

• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape affecting businesses
• Analyze client portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Prepare presentations proposals and business cases
• Support forecasting and strategic planning processes

Success Metrics

• Annual revenue growth from existing clients
• Client retention and satisfaction scores
• New business opportunities generated
• Pipeline development and conversion rates
