The Opportunity:
The School of Chemistry is looking for Student Ambassadors interested in creating engaging social media content (reels and posts) predominately for our Instagram channel. The projects objective is to showcase authentic student-created and student-led digital content highlighting the School of Chemistry student experience. The projects goal is to help engage with prospective students and their supporters to help them better understand what living and studying Chemistry in Edinburgh is like from our students perspective. The post-holders will research different social media trends and be supported to prepare engaging content to inspire prospective students and offer holders to study Chemistry with us. The postholders will work closely with the Schools Marketing Recruitment and Communications team to help showcase the schools sense of community and what you love about life studying Chemistry and living in Edinburgh. This exciting opportunity is open to all School of Chemistry undergraduate students from the University of Edinburgh. It assumes an equivalent of 3 hours work per week to complete the project and can be flexible to fit around the postholders studying and other commitments.
The successful applicants must be in Edinburgh during the project.
