Fast-growing digital transformation consultancy

As the first Bid Manager you will establish and lead the bid management function from the ground up. You will manage complex end-to-end proposals while designing the governance processes and content infrastructure required to scale. This foundational role involves cross-functional collaboration to secure strategic public sector and enterprise contracts.

What you will do:

- Lead end-to-end proposal management for RFI RFP and framework submissions ensuring compelling storytelling and compliance.

- Establish a central bid content library and track win/loss trends to drive continuous improvement in success rates.

The ideal candidate:

- Proven experience managing bids and proposals specifically within the consulting IT services or professional services sectors.

- Deep knowledge of UK public sector procurement frameworks including Crown Commercial Service DOS and G-Cloud.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and enforce structure under pressure.
