As Head of Marketing you will build the entire marketing function from scratch driving growth across automotive aerospace and energy sectors. This senior role combines high-level strategy with hands-on execution to define our market narrative and accelerate global enterprise adoption.

What you will do:

Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for strategic enterprise accounts to drive high-value engineering deals.
Translate complex technical physics concepts into compelling business value propositions for both engineers and C-suite executives.
Build the full marketing funnel managing everything from website and paid media to technical content and analyst relations.

The ideal candidate:

8 years of B2B marketing experience specifically within deep tech enterprise AI or engineering-focused software environments.
Proven track record of successfully running ABM and demand generation campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
Highly technical communicator capable of building trust with sophisticated engineering audiences while scaling a multidisciplinary marketing team.
