Summary:
As a Title your role will focus on connecting local operational support of the service team with strategic support at the regional and global level. Your work will help ensure that service processes run smoothly from communication with customers to participation in international projects. We are open to candidates at different stages of their career. Your Responsibilities:
Local:
- Communicating with local suppliers and partners
- Managing service contracts
- Preparing and organizing meeting minutes
- Preparing price offers for repairs and other service activities
- Ensuring the smooth running of technical service administration
- Updating service conditions for medical devices
Regional:
- Participating in international projects
- Leading admin team members in other countries accross EE cluster
- Contributing to the creation of analyses and reports
- Organizing and facilitating regular regional service team meetings
- Sharing best practices across countries
- Actively participating in process simplification initiatives
Your Profile:
We welcome applications from professionals with different levels of experience who share a passion for reliable efficient service admin operations.
- Secondary school education
- Background in technical operations administration would be a strong asset
- English at a communicative level (daily written and spoken communication)
- Good communication skills accuracy responsibility systematic approach
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Good orientation in applications and database programs (SAP SharePoint Teams)
