THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Process and Quality Officer
for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Monitor the workflow of contract renewals in the contract management tool on a daily basis;
- Support the manager andordering customer with purchase requests;
- Manage and control derogations for External Assistants;
- Track and resolve Headcount discrepancies;
- Proactively anticipate departure processes;
- Centralize and follow up on access requests and user access in the contract tool (e.g. remediatio actions).
- Proven professional experience in similar roles;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the full MS Office Suite;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
