SAP Senior Integration Developer CPI and API Management

Description:

Our client is a European IT service provider that offers consulting software development managed services IT security and AI solutions for regulated industries like telecommunications finance and logistics.

The Integration Developer ensures stable scalable and secure integrations across Finance Billing and external systems. This role delivers integration flows according to architectural guidelines and supports stabilization and monotoring of interfaces.

The SAP team will be responsible for: Implementation & configuration Development & integration Stabilization & incident handling Testing & documentation Continuous delivery of SAP Finance & Billing services.

Were looking for a senior consultant with at least 4-7 years experience in Integratin and 2-3 years experience in CPI. This person must also have strong knowledge and experience with REST/OData JDSON/XML and strong English skills.

Tasks:

You must be proficient in:

SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)

• Design and build of integration flows

• Use of routing mapping scripting and error handling patterns

• Experience with Groovy scripting

• JSON and XML mapping

• Message monotoring and CPI trace analysis

• Handling of authentication methods and certificates

SAP API Management

• Creation and configuration of API proxies

• Application of policies for authentication throttling and routing

• Handling security models including OAuth2 and JWT

• API design principles (REST and OData)

Integration concepts

• Synchronous ans asynchronous integration patterns

• Processing sequences and error handling strategies

• Reprocessing concepts and monotoring procedures

• Understanding interfaces relevant to Billing and Finance

Methods and Tools

• Postman or SOAP UI

• Git (plus)

• Documentation od APIs flows and error paths

• Coordination with ABAP FI-CA BRIM and BTP teams

Soft Skills
