INTERNATIONAL OFFICE

The Officeis dedicated to nurturing global inclusive generations. It seeks to create adiverse inclusive and engaged community by offering a truly global education. It connects the university community with world-renowned academics experts industry players as well as senior government officials by hosting various intellectually stimulating programmes and initiatives ().

Global EngagementOfficer (Role: Assistant Global Engagement Manager) ()

Responsibilities:

  • Plan manage and administer global education and student mobility programs;
  • Provide guidance and support to students participating in global education initiatives;
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner institutions overseeing contractual arrangements and coordination; and
  • Implement student integration campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A recogniseddegree with at least four years of work experience;
  • Proven experience in global education and overseas work and/or study experience will be an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • A self-starter with an outgoing personality and positive attitude;
  • Able to work effectively with people from different cultures enthusiastic about working with students detail-orientated and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced office;
  • Good organisational coordination communication and interpersonal skills; and

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
