1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY

核心职责

1. Ability to conduct global transferred products localization and promotion in compliant with Navigator management Stage review Pi and MOC process. Directly participate the meetings and discussions of the global R&D team. Prepare and do the tests in local lab (Nantong) to screen the suitable experimental models for pilot. Lead and coach the production and site application during the initial promotion stage of product. Make the full product reports of the above stages.

2. Ability to be quick responding to local products development according to the BU needs including but not limited with high solids coatings cost performance water-borne coatings and easy application solvent free coatings etc.

3. Think and make recommendations on the optimization and integration of existing products. Join or initiate the discussion of products management.

4. Make the test reports with Word & Excel periodically to the manager including but not limited with lab-made samples raw materials alternatives pilot batches marketing products complaint analysis site application etc. Use PPT to present the main content.

5. Assist the manager to manage the lab in well-functioning daily. Zero accident and zero incident in laboratory and maintain the place clean under responsibility. Up to the standard 5S in daily work.

1. EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
   1. Required/必需的Bachelor or above major in Chemistry or related fields is required
   2. Preferred/优先考虑的Published patents or papers in English journals are preferred.
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
   1. Required/必需的5 years of coating working experience is required. Excellent talent is negotiable.
   2. Preferred/优先考虑的Multinational company experience is preferred.

   1. Required/必需的Good in English reading and writing listening and speaking. Open minded team player also self-starter; Formulation skill based on raw materials initial properties; Skilled operation of lab instruments including but not limited to Scale HSD Shaker QUV Q-Fog Color-eye Humidity chamber pull-off tester Cathodic Disponding tester Air-less sprayer Air sprayer Plural component equipment etc. PC skills: E-mail MS-Word MS-Excel MS-Power point etc.
