We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. As the face of our organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining smooth front desk operations.
- Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Oversee room assignments reservations and billing processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues.
- Implement and maintain guest loyalty programs.
- Monitor and maintain front office equipment and systems.
- Prepare and analyze daily reports on occupancy revenue and guest feedback.
- Promote upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent reading writing and verbal proficiency in English language.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel Word & PowerPoint.
