Key Responsibilities
- Design build and maintain Workday integrations using EIB Core Connectors Studio and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure integration solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to support Workday module implementations and enhancements
- Maintain documentation for integrations including technical specifications and support guides
- Ensure compliance with data privacy security and governance standards
- Stay current with Workday releases and recommend relevant updates or improvements
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday integration development and support
- Proficiency in Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Strong understanding of XML XSLT and data transformation techniques
- Experience with Workday security and integration authorization models
- Solid grasp of HR business processes
- Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills
