Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant (HCM / Finance)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to implement configure and support Workday HCM or Finance modules. The consultant will work closely with business teams to understand requirements optimize processes and ensure smooth Workday operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from HR (HCM) or Finance teams.

Configure Workday HCM modules (Core HR Payroll Compensation Time & Absence Talent) or Finance modules (Financial Management Procurement Projects).

Support Workday implementation upgrades and release activities.

Create and maintain functional design documents business process flows and testing scenarios.

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations reporting and data migrations.

Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on Workday best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues ensuring smooth system operations.

Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using Workday capabilities.
Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR Payroll Compensation Talent Time & Absence) or Finance modules (Financial Management Procurement Projects).

Experience in Workday configuration business process setup and testing.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
