Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant

Work Location : Chennai Bengaluru Hyderabad

Work Mode : Hybrid

Experience: 7Years

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design develop and support integrations between Workday and other systems. The consultant will work closely with functional teams to ensure smooth data flow accurate reporting and seamless system connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop test and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Collaborate with HCM/Finance functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Maintain technical documentation for all integrations and processes.
Support data migrations Workday release updates and enhancement projects.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
Provide guidance and support to end-users and junior technical staff as needed.

Required Skills :

Hands-on experience with:
- Workday Studio
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- XSLT XML and data transformations
Knowledge of HCM or Finance modules is a plus.
Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
