We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant to design develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday. The role involves working closely with HR and Finance teams to provide accurate data insights and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain standard custom and advanced Workday reports.

Create and manage calculated fields dashboards and analytics.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to gather reporting requirements.

Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accurate reporting.

Maintain technical documentation for reports and dashboards.

Support Workday release updates and optimize reporting processes.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on reporting tools.
Required Skills :

Workday Reporting Tools: Experience with Workday reports calculated fields dashboards and analytics.

HCM Module Knowledge: Understanding HR processes (Core HR Payroll Compensation Time & Absence Talent).
