Job Summary
Calling all AV Technicians! We are on the lookout for an experienced Audio-Visual Technician to join our fantastic team based at the London offices of one of the largest international banks in the world!
The role of the Audio-Visual Technician is to assist in the day-to-day operation of all audio visual services on site ultimately helping to ensure that this prestigious bank remains a trailblazer for positive visitor experience and service excellence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to working as part of a large team with reception conference suites and AV operations. Acting as the first point of contact for all meeting room and event support and various other tasks for the successful candidate to get stuck into on a daily basis.
Hours: 40 hours per week Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: 28 810
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive flexible and have a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate should have experience within a 5* service environment or corporate environment. And flexibility to support events outside standard hours when necessary.
Excellent technical/IT skills a good knowledge of sound and digital speakers systems. Previous experience of working in Audio Visual. Good working knowledge of PowerPoint Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel is essential. The candidate should be comfortable using communication tools such as radios managing IPTV and digital content and ensuring all conference spaces are maintained to a high operational standard.
