As we continue our rapid expansion we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Lead Management providing outstanding support to our renowned clients in the Automotive sector with outstanding service and professionalism.

Position

Lead Management (English Written & Verbal On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and email campaigns to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Build relationships with potential customers understand their needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Generate and follow up on leads converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to stay up-to-date on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and customer interactions.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing Sales or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly

Job Type

  • Full-time
  • Rotational shift 5 days a week

Salary

Basic: RM3000
Commission: Up to RM400
